The team also supports Operations when they are entering manufacturing data being qualified and assists in the generation and distribution of product certifications going to customers. The team is heavily involved in the direct transfer of quality data into systems belonging to multiple customers. These are typically customers in the electronics industry that have very challenging requirements with zero tolerance for failure and the list is growing rapidly. The team works closely with IT to develop improvements to the systems to accommodate new requirements from customers or to assist internal users in meeting the requirements. The Director is tasked with leading a project to transition from Matheson legacy systems to a new work environment.
