Technical Service Representative (Mobile)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Mobile but based across Dublin client sites
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
of Role:
The Mobile Technical Service Representative will support Veolia’s operations at the State Warehouse and provide mobile technical and operational support across Dublin client sites. The role will support waste movements, logistics, paperwork, compliance, subcontractor supervision, client liaison and Total Waste Management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support State Warehouse Operations 3 days per week
Act as a Floating TSR the other 2 days and manage/supervise waste movements / transactions, logistics, paperwork etc on client sites
Supervise subcontractors on field + operators
Supervise collection and transport of waste materials to interim or final disposal destinations and preparation of all relevant paperwork as required
Repacking of Waste
Provide technical support and/or technical liaison between Veolia and clients
Auditing of collection vehicles and waste management systems
Manage aspects of TWM compliance
Provide Technical support to the clients
Support Classification of waste streams for ADR / IMDG in association with Veolia Technical Team
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2 to 3 years proven experience, preferably in a service-related industry; ideally serving the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Waste management experience – Desired
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of performing to a high level with energy, drive and a strong ability to implement continuous improvements
Computer literate - must have the ability to use Microsoft & Google Applications
Motivated and ambitious self—starter and capable of working on own initiative
Be flexible and adaptable in the work environment
Full Drivers licence – ADR Driving License desired - Current valid forklift driving licence
Ability to work in a security-conscious environment
Desirable : Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driving Experience
Desirable :CE licence for onsite work
