Technical Service Representative

Location: Field

Your mission on the Sales team:

At TouchTunes, your work matters, the Technical Service Representative serves as a dedicated specialist entrusted with the critical responsibilities of training jukebox operators, proficiently troubleshooting issues encountered with jukeboxes in the field, and assuming a supportive role in executing specialized on-site installations.

Your day-to-day:

• Deliver in-depth and comprehensive product training sessions to TouchTunes Operators at their individual business establishments, incorporating both group training seminars and corporate events.
• Provide guidance and assistance to Operators throughout the location installation process, as per their specific directives.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic procedures to effectively resolve technical challenges pertaining to jukeboxes, audio systems, and network connectivity.
• Facilitate effective communication with the relevant departments within TouchTunes, addressing any service-related, business-related, or product performance concerns that may potentially hinder our ability to engage with Operators and conduct business seamlessly.
• Collaborate closely and provide support to Growth Executives and Client Managers to drive the promotion and sale of TouchTunes' product portfolio.

Your profile:

• Associate degree; or minimum 2 years’ professional experience operating and maintaining audio visual systems including speakers, amps, wiring, and networking connectivity.
• Maintaining a valid Driver's License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record are required.
• 3+ years of combined experience in Customer Service and Technical Field Service preferred.
• International travel is occasionally required. Position requires ability to maintain a valid passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Frequent travel of up to 70% is a fundamental requirement of this position.
• Must be physically able to perform the following tasks without assistance: walking, standing, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and other company-provided tools as needed.
• Must have the visual acuity, peripheral vision, and depth perception necessary to safely operate a company-provided automobile for extended periods of time.
