Job Description
StreamLabs Water is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our growing team in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will work directly with clients and contractors to provide technical guidance, support product selection, and help coordinate system installations through our preferred installer network. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by resolving inquiries, supporting product use, and ensuring customers receive timely, effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and firmware issues across IoT devices
- Guide customers through device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues with clear documentation
- Maintain CRM records on customer resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Relay customer feedback to customer experience, product and engineering teams
What You’ll Do
- Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to help predict and prevent losses.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries, document interactions, and follow up as needed.
- Help clients get the most out of their products by providing clear, professional technical and service support.
- Work effectively in a team environment while using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes and procedures while meeting or exceeding service performance and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within established time constraints.
