Job Description

Your Contribution

  • Plan and deliver product quality and reliability training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain technical materials, including brochures and videos
  • Monitor training KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Serve as the main contact for product quality claims and inquiries
  • Investigate claims and provide findings to customers
  • Visit customers to explain claim investigation results when required
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve quality issues
  • Work with Product Managers and suppliers to drive product quality improvements

Your Experience & Qulifications

  • University bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or technical service in automotive industry is mandatory
  • Business level in both Japanese and English language skills
  • Onsite experience in maintenance is preferred
  • Experience / knowledge in aftermarket is a plus
