💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• As part of our energetic  Customer Hub, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience — helping clients solve problems, find solutions, and feel supported every step of the way. 

Your day-to-day will include:
• Being the  first point of contact for customer calls and emails — handling each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and confidence 
• Providing  exceptional customer service that makes every client feel valued 
• Problem-solving and resolving queries efficiently, with minimal escalation 
• Meeting quality and performance standards as part of your growth journey 
• Collaborating with your teammates and learning from experienced mentors

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has Previous customer service experience in a retail environment would be ideal! 
• Has a genuine passion for  helping others and delivering great service 
• Enjoys working in a  fast-paced, tech-savvy environment 
• Brings  strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Works well in a  team and loves to collaborate 
• Is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of their career journey
