Their Southeast Asia team is expanding to enhance customer support and technical excellence in the Philippines.

Your Role

As the Technical Service Manager for the Philippines, you will be part of the regional technical organization supporting key customers across the country. You will work closely with regional technical specialists, sales teams, and international colleagues to provide hands-on technical advice, training, and farm management guidance that directly impacts customer performance and satisfaction. Job Scope

• Deliver on-site technical support to commercial farms, distributors, and integrators in Vietnam.
• Conduct farm visits, data collection, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide practical solutions and troubleshooting for breeder and hatchery operations.
• Support regional programs such as benchmarking, flock reviews, and customer training.
• Prepare and present technical seminars, workshops, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on technical standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Poultry Science
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service, farm management, or poultry health and nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of breeder management, biosecurity, and vaccination programs
• Experience delivering on-farm advisory support and customer training.
• Proficiency in English and Philippines (spoken and written).

Domain Expertise

• Deep understanding of poultry breeding and broiler management.
• Experience working with both conventional white broilers and local crossbreed markets is highly valued.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret flock performance data using Excel or similar tools.
• Exposure to technical troubleshooting, health management, and performance optimization is also highly valued.
