Due to an promotion we are looking for our next star employee to join the Precoat Metals team as a Technical Services Manager. You will bring your accuracy with details, negotiation, customer service, critical thinking & analytical acumen along with previous coil coating or related industry experience and work closely with both internal & external customers, vendors & suppliers to facilitate the success of existing & future business. This position will be based at our Greenfield, IN plant.
As one of our successful Technical Services Managers, you will interface with customers on a daily basis and ensure appropriate and timely resolution for claims by working with suppliers, customers and the plant. You will bring your collaborative style to this role and

o Tracking in AS400
o Lab review and analysis
o Research of production
