あなたは、サイト全体の技術的な卓越性と運営戦略を推進するチームで働きます。エンジニアリングおよび施設管理部門をリードし、サイト全体のプロジェクトを監督するとともに、長期的な計画とイノベーションに貢献していただきます。サイトリーダーシップチームの中核メンバーとして、事業計画の策定にも携わります。
製造、エンジニアリング、事業計画などの部門横断的なリーダーと連携しながら、技術サービスの品質向上、人材育成、継続的な改善を通じて、未来志向のサイトづくりを目指すチームです。
· サイト戦略およびマスタープランの策定と実行をリード
· エンジニアリングおよび施設管理部門の運営と監督
· 技術部門全体でのオペレーショナルエクセレンスとイノベーションの推進
· サイト全体のプロジェクトおよび部門横断的な取り組みの管理
· 人材育成と技術力強化の推進
· 技術運営に関する予算・リソース・コンプライアンスの管理
· 理系学士号および5年以上の技術運営領域でのマネジメント経験
· エンジニアリング、製造、サイト運営に関する実務経験
· GMPおよび製造技術に関する深い知識
· 優れたリーダーシップとステークホルダー対応力
· 戦略的思考と問題解決能力
· 日本語流暢、英語での業務遂行能力
