We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru (Bangalore), acting as the technical support for our partners, distributors, and end-users across the India SAARC region.

What You Will Do:

• Be the Voice of the Product: Provide advanced technical support and after-sales care, supporting users via written web portal tickets, fluent English live chat, and phone.
• Own the Customer Journey: Work through an autonomous, case-driven system where you take final responsibility for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and successfully closing support cases.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner closely with our regional sales office, local RMA partners, and the global technical support community to share ideas and resolve challenges.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Take part in cutting-edge technical training and contribute to proactive knowledge-sharing, such as authoring global FAQs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) backed by 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
• Fluent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, maintaining a professional, reassuring dialogue with global partners.
• The Right Mindset: You are service-minded, ‘social yet structured,’ open-minded, and understand the deep value of team cooperation.
• Technical Curiosity: Sound knowledge of basic computer hardware/software and a keen interest in networking technologies, LANs, and IP-based systems. (Bonus points for surveillance camera systems, network protocols, or access control knowledge!)
• Customer Care First: Beyond technical troubleshooting, you believe that taking genuine care of the customer is what sets a great engineer apart.
