We are looking for a Hybrid CTS (Commercial Technical Service) to join the Grifols Diagnostics’ Commercial Technical Services (DxCTS) team in Malaysia.

As a Hybrid CTS, you will be a key player in providing high‑quality service and technical support to both distributors and customers. You will act as a central link between clients, distributor teams, and Grifols internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely issue resolution, and a strong technical presence in the region.


This is a field‑based role, requiring frequent travel within Malaysia.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver high-quality first-line technical support: Provide timely on-site service, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user support to customers and distributors.
  • Manage and close service work orders accurately: Ensure full compliance with DxCTS SOPs, maintaining proper documentation and timely completion of service activities.
  • Support distributor teams with advanced (1.5-level) technical expertise: Act as the technical backbone for distributor service teams, enabling them to resolve more complex issues and strengthening their troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams: Gather critical technical information, communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, and prepare regular reports, data analyses, and regional updates.
  • Lead training and data-driven improvements: Conduct structured training sessions, create technical reference materials, perform service data analysis, and support continuous improvement of technical operations.

Who you are

  • You have a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical devices, IVD instruments preferred. Experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Immunohematology is preferred.
  • You possess organizational, communication and documentation skills. You can also work in cross-functional teams and under pressure.
  • You can speak English in an intermediate level.
