The Technical Service Engineer builds and develops our business in his/her region by executing the value of the Cimcool and DuBois brand. The Technical Service Engineer supports our customer with his/her technical knowledge of our products. He/she partners with our Sales Engineers to advise the customer about our products. He/she is responsible for solving technical issues at our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides technical support to our Sales Engineers and Customers.
• Provides technical training at customers.
• Visits clients and prospects together with the Sales Engineers.
• Identifies new growth opportunities in the business area and provides the technical support to acquire these.
• Initiates and supports new product launches.
• Gives feedback on product performance to Headquarters and has an important role in the development of new products.
• Takes a leading role in “Technical” driven activities.
• Interprets and communicates laboratory results.
Knowledge and Education
• You have a fundamental education level in Chemical or Technical Engineering with at least 1-3 years relevant experience in high value B2B environments and Metal Working Industry;
• You have a can-do mentality and have strong analytical skills to make quick decisions and understand consequences;
• You can work well independently and be highly communicative;
• You have excellent command of the Swedish and proficient command of the English language (both spoken and in writing).
