• Technical Support & Customer Service
  • Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and customer training on proper application of Sika products.
  • Support customers and technicians in resolving technical issues at site.
  • Ensure timely and professional technical service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship & Market Support
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers and support business development activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
  • Report significant field issues, new opportunities, and competitive information to the line manager.
• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
  • Coordinate and support technicians during testing, trials, and project activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure effective knowledge transfer to Technical and Sales teams.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
• Reporting & Operational Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate reports, technical records, and activity documentation.
  • Be accountable for assigned projects, activities, and proper use of company equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
• Compliance, Safety & Other Duties
  • Comply with company regulations, legal requirements, and EHS standards.
  • Follow workplace safety and occupational hygiene requirements during all site activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Building Materials
• Experience: Experience in the field of technical or QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field; graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology, familiar with construction materials testing skills.
• Skills: Good organization skills and communication skills. Is hard-working, reliable, can work under pressure.
• English: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently.
