Who are we looking for?

Senior Technical Service Engineer for Advanced Interconnect Solutions - Circuitry Solutions (AIS - CS) providing technical service in PCB industry.

What will you be doing?

• Provide assistance to the customers / agents on technical aspects whenever they encounter technical issues.
• Provide after-sales service to customer (outdoors) / agents – troubleshoot on problems encountered on products and process flows.
• Provide technical advice on product usage and applications.
• Conduct routine process audit to assist customers in establishing and maintaining their processes.

For projects :

• Prepare all necessary items and documentation for potential customer’s approval.
• Co-ordinate all activities pertaining to projects.
• Conduct site commissioning.
• Prepare all the necessary documents to be given to the customer.
• To monitor, improvement, implementation and review chemical related process parameters for PCB accounts/fabricators.
• Provide technical support and process related technical solutions for Best Practice process control and operations.
• To support during new process installation and do new process set up.
• Laboratory training for related process installation and routine analysis audits for GRC controls.
• Support other accounts as deemed required across India.
• Help maintain database of internal and external product test data, product characterization and product / package reliability data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who are You?

Preferably with experience 5-10 years or more in PCB chemical processes or related plating experience. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemical engineering or Industrial chemical Engineering.

What competencies will you need?

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills.
• Travel required throughout India for technical service assignment.
