Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for performing installations, routine maintenance as well as warranty and post-warranty repair services to customer’s Flow Cytometer instrument within the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Schedules and performs routine field service work such as installation and maintenance on assigned territory.

•Performs routine customer call, visit and implement repair to make sure the instrument works well.

•The position also responsible for installation and alignment of demo units to the selected potential buyers on their sites to guarantee the high quality of the demo

•Communicates any product malfunction issues to the appropriate associates, and do the right trouble shooting either independently or via instruction by supervisor.

•Interfaces and works closely with territory sales personnel and Field Applications Specialist to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Based in Beijing, available to travel in certain frequency when required

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communicator and great ability to build good relationship with customers
• Strong customer focus and good at problem solving.
• Well organized with excellent self-learning skills.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•B.Sc./B.A. Degree, Electronics or similar specific Diploma.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Self-motivated team-player.
•At least two years working experience on service engineer in the life science or clinical diagnostic industry is desired.
