What you’ll do:

• Handles customer technical database and complaint management
• Involves in filling machine operation and maintenance
• Involves in inter-company sourcing when required
• Ensures adaptability of capsule and filling machine& ensures satisfactory filling performance to customer
• Introduces Capsugel products and equipment
• Develops long term relationship with customers and machine manufacturers
• Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to Capsugel EHS Standards and local law requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or related majors
• Practical experience in Mechanical Engineering area
• Strong ability to communicate and manage relationships
• Ability to adapt to different situations and work independently
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexibility to travel frequently around the ANZ region
