Job Description

• Working location: 240 Hau Giang, Binh Tay ward, HCM city
• Working time: Monday – Friday (05 days/week, from 7:30 to 16:00)

• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng dự án: | Identify and develop project-based customers:
  • Chủ đầu tư (dự án khu dân cư, nhà máy, khu công nghiệp, đô thị mới). | Project owners/developers (residential developments, manufacturing plants, industrial parks, new urban developments, etc.).
  • Đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế hệ thống cấp thoát nước. | Water supply and drainage system design consulting firms.
  • Nhà thầu thi công cơ điện, hạ tầng kỹ thuật. | MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and infrastructure contractors.
  • Công ty cấp thoát nước, Trung tâm Nước sạch & VSMTNT. | Water supply and drainage companies, Clean Water & Rural Environmental Sanitation Centers.

• Tư vấn giải pháp sử dụng sản phẩm ống và phụ tùng ống nhựa phù hợp với từng loại công trình (cấp nước sinh hoạt, dẫn nước tưới tiêu, thoát nước mưa – nước thải), chính sách bán hàng và bảo hành, lựa chọn sản phẩm, kết nối lắp đặt, vận chuyển bảo quản sản phẩm. | Provide technical consultation on suitable plastic pipe and fitting solutions for various construction projects (domestic water supply, irrigation systems, stormwater and wastewater drainage, etc.), including sales and warranty policies, product selection, installation connections, transportation, and product storage requirements.
• Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, dự toán và phối hợp với nhóm nội bộ để lập báo giá, đề xuất kỹ thuật, hồ sơ chào thầu. | Interpret technical drawings and cost estimates, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Thực hiện dịch vụ trước và sau bán hàng: cung cấp hồ sơ tài liệu (hồ sơ năng lực, phiếu kiểm tra thử nghiệm, chứng nhận hợp chuẩn, hợp quy...), mẫu ống, thiết bị kết nối ống.... | Deliver pre-sales and after-sales services, including providing documentation (company profile, testing reports, certificates of conformity and compliance, etc.), pipe samples, and pipe connection equipment.
• Theo dõi tiến độ dự án từ giai đoạn thiết kế – đấu thầu – triển khai – nghiệm thu. | Monitor project progress throughout the design, tendering, execution, and project acceptance stages.
• Hỗ trợ, tư vấn kỹ thuật cho khách hàng trong quá trình lắp đặt, thi công sản phẩm. | Provide technical support and consultation to customers during product installation and construction.
• Thực hiện các hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng định kỳ, phát sinh: thăm hỏi, tặng quà | Conduct regular and ad-hoc customer relationship management activities, including customer visits and appreciation programs.
• Thực hiện ghi nhận và phối hợp xử lý các yêu cầu, khiếu nại khách hàng. | Record, coordinate, and support the resolution of customer requests and complaints.
• Thực hiện thu thập thông tin thị trường, các hoạt động nổi bật, chính sách và sản phẩm mới của thương hiệu cùng ngành. | Collect market intelligence on industry activities, competitor initiatives, policies, and new product launches.
• Báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình dự án, khách hàng, đối thủ và xu hướng vật tư trong ngành. | Prepare periodic reports on project status, customer developments, competitor activities, and industry material trends.

Job Requirements

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng, Xây dựng Dân dụng, Kinh tế xây dựng, hoặc các ngành liên quan. | College or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Economics, or related fields.
• Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trôi chảy, tương đương IELTS 5.0/ Toeic 600. | English proficiency with effective communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 600.
• Có kinh nghiệm trong công việc tương tự ít nhất 1 năm. | Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Thành thạo MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD cơ bản là lợi thế. | Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Chủ động, năng động sáng tạo trong công việc. | Proactive, dynamic, and creative in the workplace.
• Hiểu biết về thị trường ngành nhựa, sản phẩm của Công ty, đã có kinh nghiệm thu thập dữ liệu về đối thủ trong ngành. | Good understanding of the plastics industry and the Company's products, with experience in gathering competitor intelligence and market data.
• Ưu tiên biết sử dụng CRM hoặc phần mềm quản lý dự án. | Experience using CRM systems or project management software is preferred.
• Có thể đi công tác các tỉnh. | Willingness to travel domestically as required.
• Làm việc 5 ngày/1 tuần từ T2 - T6 (7g30 - 16g00). | Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
