Job Description

Our client is a leading construction material manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Partner with the Sales team to support business development activities by providing technical consultation to customers on tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, construction chemicals, and related application methods.

  • Develop technical documents, application guidelines, and method statements for relevant products and solutions.

  • Coordinate with QC and R&D teams to conduct internal product quality assessments and technical evaluations.

  • Provide on-site technical consultation, application guidance, and installation support to contractors at project sites.

  • Support the resolution of customer complaints, technical inquiries, and product application issues directly at construction sites.

  • Assist contractors in evaluating application quality and workmanship when required.

  • Advise and support contractors in product sample testing and application trials; guide contractors on testing methods, quality evaluation standards, and sample preparation procedures in accordance with applicable standards.

  • Conduct product, application, and installation training for the Sales team and customers.

  • Cover the Northern Vietnam region as the main area of responsibility.

  • Prepare activity reports, technical findings, and improvement recommendations for management.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Materials, Construction Materials, Construction Chemicals, or related disciplines.

  • 3–5 years of experience in building materials, construction chemicals, or related industries.

  • Solid understanding of the construction industry, building materials, product applications, and construction methods.

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, QC, R&D, contractors, and customers.

  • Confident presentation skills for both internal training and external customer engagement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Careful, detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized.

  • Friendly, collaborative, and eager to learn.

  • Able to work under high pressure.

  • Able to follow up closely with customers when required.

  • Willing to travel across Northern provinces to support sales activities, customers, and on-site project requirements.
