Job Description

Prime System Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist to lead, manage, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page domains. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-scope SEO, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to lead junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results. You will play a critical role in improving search engine visibility, enhancing site health, and driving qualified organic traffic that converts.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Leadership

• Own, plan, and execute end-to-end SEO strategy covering technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Manage and oversee junior SEO team members, monitor task execution, and continually improve team efficiency.
• Define SEO SOPs, workflows, and task timelines while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, development, UX, and paid media to align SEO efforts across all digital assets.

Keyword Research & Content Mapping

• Conduct advanced keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Build and maintain detailed content maps, keyword clusters, and growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide content writers on SEO best practices, search intent, and keyword targeting.

On-Page SEO Optimization

• Optimize website content structure, metadata, title tags, heading hierarchy, URLs, and internal linking.
• Ensure content is highly readable, user-friendly, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
• Provide content briefs and SEO optimization recommendations to editorial teams.

Technical SEO

• Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Optimize crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data (schema markup).
• Manage canonicalization, XML sitemaps, hreflang implementation, robots.txt, redirects, and server-side configurations.
• Perform server log file analysis and coordinate with developers to resolve rendering, crawling, and indexing issues.
• Implement and maintain structured data for rich results.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Develop and manage effective white-hat link-building strategies.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and link-building best practices.

Competitor & SERP Analysis

• Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify content gaps, technical advantages, and ranking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and SERP changes to adjust SEO strategy proactively.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and technical health.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog.
• Provide actionable insights and periodic reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of proven experience in executing full-scope SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, GA4, GTmetrix, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, search engine ranking factors, and technical optimization principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering issues, Core Web Vitals, and server configurations.
• Experience with multiple CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and enterprise CMS systems.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with developers on technical implementation.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international SEO (multi-language, multi-region) and hreflang implementation.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing or mentoring SEO teams.
• Familiarity with CDN, DNS, hosting, server log analysis, and security protocols.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.
