Carry-out technical department activities to ensure an adequate design as per customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to
Check and review the Customer Technical Specifications Sheet in order to configure the new FG and relay it to Technical Manager for approval.
Prepare the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of customer complaint related to Technical department and relay to Technical Manager for approval.
Assist in the Trial execution by checking machine parameters, run-ability and produced item; generate a trial report showing the result and relay it to Technical Manager for review.
Provide technical support, once delegated by Technical Manager, for the Sales and Marketing team, upon customers’ visits in case of Claims or Trial-runs.
