Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Deploy departmental objectives and the Corrective Actions set by the Technical Manager in order to reach desired targets.
• Receive Sales Orders (SO) from Sales, select the proper Finished Good number (FG#), compare it against related Quotation to ensure the match and pass the SO back to Sales upon confirmation.
• Receive Quotation Requests from Sales & Marketing for re-orders, validate technical parameters, select the proper FG# and relay it back to them.
• Update the Technical Backlog documenting all technical transactions (In/Out timings).
• Update, on monthly basis, the “Blend File” displaying the actual blends and their alternatives for each product and relay it to the Technical Manager for further cost and Material consumption studies.
• Prepare Technical Data Sheets displaying product characteristics, based on QC testing reports, and relay it to the Technical Manager for approval prior to dispatching to the concern.
• Prepare Product Specification Sheets and relay them to the Technical Manager for approval to ensure product requirements are clearly documented and communicated according to the latest customers’ specs.
• Regularly coordinate with Production and Maintenance over any changes in machinery specs in order to keep the “Machines’ Limitation File” up to date.
Education:
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is preferably acquired thru a university degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field, or Technical equivalent degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Special Working Conditions:
Ability to work under high stress environment.
