Job Purpose:
To provide technical support for installation and configuration of electronic security systems and related hardware and software and coordinate with vendors to maintain high safety standards and mitigate any potential risk. Also to implement preventive Central Command control program to ensure having a backup plan to protect CIB branches, building & customer, employees’ safety, maintain high safety standards and mitigate any potential risk
Technical Security Support
1.Review technical security projects for technical completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the projects objectives, and ensure that all work performed by vendors are in compliance with requirements and guidelines.
2.Technical reviews of the installation designs and vendors’ documentation submitted, and perform any design modifications required and present modified designs for approval.
3.Review/prepare technical drawings, site plans, sketches and equipment layouts of the premises, establish and maintain a data base of all electronic security elements.
4.Provide technical support for installation and configuration of electronic security systems and related hardware and software; responsible for site integration and testing of all sites.
5.Leverage education and experience to maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the electronic physical security systems (physical access control, CCTV, Intrusion detection systems and middleware security/video management system, etc.), and serve as administrator to these systems applications.
6.Demonstrate strong understanding of computer/IT systems associated with electronic security systems, and troubleshooting and storage of data.
7.Maintain Corporate Security’s capability to collect and preserve electronic or digital evidence in support of Corporate Security investigations and assist in the technical investigations of incidents occurring within the organization through the electronic security systems.
8.Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic security systems/controls through adequate audit and review activities and supervise the implementation of maintenance activities for the systems designed to protect the assets of the organization and follow up and report on its Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
9.Design and implement preventive CCTV, Access control and Central Command control program to ensure having a backup plan to protect CIB branches, buildings, customers & employees’ safety.
10.Follow up on falcon maintenance team regarding the CCTV system & sorting out all issues & problems.
Security Control Room Management
11.Manage the Command & Control Center (CCC) team, prepare and communicate their monthly rooster, and evaluate overall team performance and individual performance & supervise the implementation of required CCC automated/digitalized tools and perform its UAT’s and sign off acceptance.
12.Revise the daily work of all shifts and team members and ensure that all daily operations and tasks are performed in a proper manner as well as to perform inspections and audits as required to maintain high level of control in addition to maintain records of all security equipment in the CCC and perform weekly inventory checks.
13.Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic security systems/controls through adequate audit and review activities and supervise the implementation of maintenance activities for the systems designed to protect the assets of the organization, and follow up and report on its SLA’s.
14.Implement the preventive Central Command control program to ensure having a backup plan to protect CIB branches, building, customer & employees’ safety.
15.Report any violation committed inside the bank regarding Command control to ensure proper reporting of all incidents and ensure their non-recurrence in addition to all incidents at their time of occurrence like theft as well as all people involved in order to reach a perfect judgment.

18.Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
Compliance
19.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Qualifications & Experience
Computer Engineering or Communication engineering (ITI courses is a plus)
Background: network or infrastructure (network routers or switchers or servers), security components is a plus
3 years of experience
Experience in different security systems such as CCTV , VMS (Video Management Systems ) and Access Control Systems is a plus

Excellent command of English & Arabic languages
Good command of MS Office applications
Supervisory & communications skills

Multi task in an extremely critical environment
May be required to work on different shift patterns including weekends and holidays when required.
Must be detail oriented and highly responsive to emergencies in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and possess and strong follow-up skills
