  • Experience auditing, reviewing, and preparing detailed building scopes, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of construction compliance requirements, relevant legislation, and industry standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with clients, contractors, assessors, and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting team capability through mentoring, training, quality reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously and exercise sound professional judgement.
  • A commitment to safety, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and professional excellence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration aligned with your experience and expertise.
  • A supportive and collaborative workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program.
