Your responsibilities

• Technical support for external and internal customers

• An engineering approach to technical issues, verifying correctness, and proposing alternative solutions

• Coordinating the flow of data related to technical selections for clients (designers, contractors, and investors)

• Collecting and recording project/investment data

• Collaborating with the Design Department, Product Managers, Key Account Manager, and field staff to ensure the highest standards of market service

• Representing the company at industry trade fairs and conferences, as well as during client meetings — including site visits at ongoing construction projects

Our requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in designing sanitary installations and/or in the construction-related industry (experience in stormwater management and/or flat roof drainage will be an additional asset)

• Higher education (technical fields such as sanitary installations or construction)

• English proficiency enabling fluent communication (B2 level)

• Results- and customer-oriented mindset, commitment, openness to change, ability to learn quickly, and excellent work organization

• Category B driving licence and readiness for occasional business trips
