This is the role
You will identify, engage and qualify potential customers, manage a portfolio of clients, and ensure a steady flow of high‑quality leads for the sales team. You will build relationships, work with data and digital tools, and support our commercial growth in a collaborative, international environment. You will work daily with technical specifications, CAD drawings and Bills of Quantities to support our sales and project teams in South East Europe.
Your main responsibilities
Lead generation & qualification
Identify and nurture leads via online research, social media, events, and networking. Contact prospects by email, phone and social to understand needs and assess fit. Organise discovery calls and book meetings for the sales team.
CRM & data management
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all lead and customer interactions. Analyse data to spot trends, improve lead quality and support campaign optimisation. Prepare regular reports on lead sources, conversion rates and activity performance. With data analyitic team develop dashboards and visualizations for lead tracking.
Sales & project support
Respond to quotation requests and support preparation of offers in line with commercial policy. Help identify technical solutions and value‑adding alternatives for customers.
Follow up on quotations and projects, ensuring smooth handover to sales and strong customer experience. Conduct a post‑delivery customer satisfaction survey to evaluate our commercial approach
Cross‑functional collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to align lead generation with business goals. Handle client account opening requests in coordination with the Finance department and the regional Sales Manager. Coordinate promotional materials and sample distribution with distributors. Track quotations and assess our pricing position across different markets. Follow up with clients to ensure the execution of approved quotations. Provide support to the Customer Service team for all inquiries related to quotations and pricing. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals. Work with the marketing team to help develop the marketing strategy. Coordinate, in collaboration with distributors, the planning and implementation of promotional materials and the distribution of product samples at points of sale. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and follow-up.
Reporting
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, lead quality, and conversion rates. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
This is who you are
Understanding technical specifications and CAD drawings (Bill of Quantities — BoQ) for accurate tendering (ability to read drawings produced in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, BIM…)
Written and spoken English Language to a professional business level.
Experience working with CRM
Ability to identify alternative technical solutions and optimizations.
Financial and bidding skills (cost calculation/ estimation — direct costs, indirect costs, margin; price structuring and competitive pricing strategies).
Assessment of compliance requirements and standards (codes, regulations)
University degree in engineering or Architecture is a plus, but not a must
Independent, good planning and organizing skills, ability to build networking, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Integrity, result orientation and ability to work in a team. Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with openness to feedback and new ideas
