Job Description

The Job:

Y ou will be a member of the team at Smart Eye with a focus on automotive products. You will develop code enabling cars to intelligently monitor what's happening inside the cabin in order to improve safety, personalization, security, human/vehicle interactions, and more. You will work closely with your teammates to roll out new AI products and capabilities and pitch in and help wherever your interests and skills fit.

Our team is tasked with tuning, customizing, configuring, building, testing, delivering and supporting targeted versions of our Automotive SDK for vehicle production programs. In addition, we are tasked to adapt our software to customer specific hardware and operating systems.

This is a great opportunity to get state of the art in cabin monitoring systems to production in the automotive industry. The Technical sales support is the key point of contact for clients and customers and is responsible for giving support for customers

  • Contact with clients and provide both pre and after-sales technical support. To liaise regularly with the sales team, product management.
  • Support with all the pre-sales Demo, after sales technical communication, and homologation with travels and online meeting.
  • As contact with AIS development team to figure out the SW and configuration of every customer.
  • Travel oversea, mostly Asia, will be part of the job.

Skills and Technologies:

Must Have

  • More than 5 years automotive electrical industry experience both cover OEM and supplier
  • Strong English speaking and writing
  • Familiar with CAN and able to use CANOE to support test in and out of vehicle
  • Familiar with Linux system to run the SW updated and customer config
  • Work with Sweden team to develop code in Python or C languages to support customer configuration.
  • Able to use diagnostic tools for trouble-shooting on customer site, and have strong vehicle data analysis capability.
  • Good communication skill to support customer

  • Use 3D data tool to verify and modify the input from customer
  • Autosar knowledge
  • Cyber Security knowledge
