  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities to improve demo-to-close conversion rates.
  • Maintain and track pipeline activities in SFDC to ensure visibility and execution discipline.

4. NPI & Market Expansion

  • Support successful introduction and adoption of new products (NPI).
  • Establish early reference accounts and drive initial sales momentum.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in high-growth segments (e.g., immunology, cell therapy).

5. Customer Relationship & Market Intelligence

  • Gather and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Provide input to product and commercial strategy based on field experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated contribution to achieving sales targets, improving demo-to-close conversion, or increasing consumables attachment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Account Managers to drive pipeline conversion.
  • Strong understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics within the flow cytometry landscape.

Communication & Customer Engagement
