As part of our Animal Health & Nutrition team, you will work closely with customers, distributors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and commercial colleagues to support business growth and deliver technical excellence. Your expertise will help customers maximize the value of our solutions while strengthening Novonesis' position as a trusted industry partner.

The Role & Your Impact

As a key technical and commercial expert, you will combine customer-facing technical support with business development activities to drive growth across the poultry industry. This role requires strong industry knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate technical insights into customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to customers and channel partners in collaboration with relevant technical support teams.
• Partner with regional Account Managers to grow existing business and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Supervise poultry trials, visit research facilities, and deliver detailed analyses of trial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry influencers.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide on-site support related to product performance and applications.
• Participate in industry associations, trade organizations, and technical committees within the poultry sector.
• Build deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and support distributors with compelling value-based messaging.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on annual account plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional forums when required.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Master's degree or PhD in Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in animal health and nutrition.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition applications and product formulations.
• Proven ability to provide technical support and commercial guidance to customers and channel partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across regional and global teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

• Experience with feed formulations involving probiotics and enzymes.
• Previous experience supporting poultry production operations or poultry nutrition programs.
• Participation in industry organizations and professional associations.
• Experience presenting at conferences, technical forums, or customer events.
• Knowledge of gastrointestinal health solutions within animal nutrition.
