They are looking to hire a
Technical Sales Specialist.

Job Summary

The
Technical Sales Specialist

will play a key role in driving technical sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional technical support. Key responsibilities include executing sales activities, ensuring outstanding customer service, and effectively communicating technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical sales and manage customer communications.

  • Provide expert technical support and solutions to clients.

  • Conduct sales activities and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

  • Maintain detailed records and manage sales processes efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Sciences, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with solid achievement record (analytical instrument sales –Spectrometry, FTIR, Chromatography).

  • Proven skills in technical sales and sales management.

  • Strong communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.

  • Experience in technical support roles and customer service.

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated individual who does well in a team-based environment.
