Ecolab is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join its industry leading sales team. You’ll be responsible for revenue and profit growth of water treatment programs and services in targeted Institutional accounts With a consultative sales approach, you’ll build relationships with existing customers by understanding their key business drivers and executing system assurance programs. With strong account leadership, you’ll also convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers.

Training programs are held in the field and at Ecolab Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL; travel arranged and paid for by Ecolab. Based on your skill level, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.

Annual Compensation Range:
This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms. Eligibility for incentive compensation will commence upon successful completion of training. Total expected compensation is in the range of $90,200.00 - 112,700.00
Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
