Central West NSW (Orange region) | Field-Based
About the Role
Reporting to the Account Manager East (Metal), the Technical Service Representative provides on-site technical support and service to customers across the Central West region. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal product performance and safety compliance.
This role is field-based and can be performed from anywhere within the Central West NSW region, with regular travel to customer sites in and around Orange. Candidates in adjacent regions may also be considered, subject to travel requirements.

You bring a strong combination of technical knowledge and customer-focused sales experience to the Technical Sales and Service Representative role. With your ability to understand complex technical concepts and apply them in customer-facing situations, you’re well-equipped to provide expert advice, conduct product testing, and ensure product performance meets expectations. Your proactive mindset helps drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting the full product range. You also bring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement—making you a valuable contributor to the team.
