What impact you’ll make
As a Sales and Proposal Intern within Grid Automation Latin America, you will support both technical and administrative activities related to commercial offers, proposal development, and customer follow-up across the MCAC region. This role provides exposure to CRM tools, Excel reporting, technical documentation review, and coordination of project activities in a dynamic commercial environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support technical and administrative activities related to commercial offers and proposal development.
  • Review customer documentation and technical information to help prepare proposals and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with technical reviews related to protection schemes and electrical protection topics for high-voltage substations.
  • Help develop schedules, prioritize tasks, and track project actions and deliverables.
  • Support CRM data management and maintenance in Salesforce.
  • Create and update sales reports, trackers, and key performance indicators using Excel.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams and, when needed, with customers.
  • Support tendering activities for small-value offers within the region and under Delegation of Authority guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and commercial process support.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field, graduating within the next 1 or 2 years.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Basic experience or familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Preferred location: Mexico City / CDMX
  • This role may be based in a remote or hybridarrangement, depending on business needs.

  • Role split: 50% Technical / 50% Administrative
  • Preferred location: CDMX
  • Exposure to CRM tools, Excel, electrical protection topics, and proposal preparationis highly relevant.
