Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically minded professional who can translate complex customer requirements into practical, value-driven solutions. From early opportunity development through proposal preparation and solution definition, you will play a key role in shaping customer relationships, supporting go-to-market activities, and driving successful project outcomes.

• Translate customer requirements from project developers into technically sound solutions
• Support early-stage lead qualification, customer meetings, technical discussions and proposal development for traded-engine and future packaged-system opportunities
• Explain technical value proposition, including high efficiency, low emissions, fuel flexibility, mechanical inertia, reliability and suitability for innovative technical applications
• Support customer-specific solution definition, teaser preparation and technical input to go-to-market activities, while ensuring alignment with the Technical Lead / System Integration Lead
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, R&D, installation, supply chain, legal and project management to prepare customer-ready technical and commercial responses
• Support business model discussions, including traded engines, licensing and potential packaged systems, while ensuring realistic scope boundaries and risk assumptions

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (PhD, M.Sc., B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing. or equivalent); experience in technical sales, power generation, marine engines, energy systems or industrial equipment
• Strong customer communication skills
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written / German an advantage. Additional languages a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit
