Report to Sales Manager-India, you as a Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales initiatives in the Western region to drive consistent revenue growth and strengthen distributor relationships, while identifying opportunities across Littelfuse product portfolio.
Lead and execute sales initiatives for the Western region to drive consistent revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors at all levels; act as the primary interface for Branch and Product Managers
Understand customer requirements to recommend suitable Littelfuse components, including circuit protection, switches, power semiconductors, sensors, and other Littelfuse product ranges
Collaborate with Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams to identify and maximize multi-technology sales opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies (like EVs, smart infrastructure, Data Centers, etc.), and competitor offerings
8–12 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the electronic components industry
Bachelor of Technology in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
