This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Technical Sales Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned accounts, developing strategic account plans, identifying and qualifying opportunities for Silicon Carbide (SiC) power devices, and supporting customers throughout the entire design and production lifecycle. Working closely with customers, distribution partners, and cross-functional teams, you will help expand Wolfspeed's market presence and accelerate adoption of SiC technology across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Wolfspeed´s assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
• Develop regional Tier 3 account plans for assigned accounts to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies in close alignment with our Distribution partners.
• Qualify opportunity and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices.
• Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production.
• Build solid relationship with the stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Manage Business development activities with Distribution partners at branch office and build a reliable relation and partnership with them.
• Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for Wolfspeed.

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Sales of high power semiconductors products ideally SiC power produces.
• Basic technical experience of high power semiconductors products ideally SiC power produces.
• Proven negotiation skills and success (through reference).
• Experience in handling RFQs and customer projects.
• Fundamental knowledge of different semiconductors devices; Diodes, MOSFETs, Modules in high power applications.
• Analytic and a team player.
• We are looking for sales people who are willing to face challenges, develop a plan to overcome them, and enjoy doing so.
• Ability to travel frequently to customers and distribution partners.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

This role requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
