About This Position
In this role, you will be a key commercial partner within Carrier Marine & Offshore Systems, responsible for driving profitable growth across marine HVAC and refrigeration solutions. You will work directly with customers, dealers, and internal Carrier teams to understand technical requirements, recommend the right equipment and system solutions, and deliver value throughout the full sales cycle. You will be in charge of building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, expanding business within existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities across both traditional and emerging marine segments. From developing proposals and contracts to supporting order execution and post‑sale activities, you will play an active role in positioning Carrier as a trusted, high‑value solution provider in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
