Kodifly is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Sales Intern who operates at the intersection of business and advanced technology. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, deep tech commercialization, and spatial intelligence sectors.
You will work closely with our Business + R&D Commercialization department to support the CEO and cross-functional teams in growth activities, technical proposal development, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between engineering and commercial value, translating our R&D capabilities into clear business propositions for corporate clients and government partners.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Translation & Product Alignment:
Partner closely with R&D and product engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities (BIM, point clouds, meshes, 3DGS) into digestible client-facing value propositions.
Support the CEO in tech commercialization activities, pilot project coordination, and technical partner communication.
Help structure and funnel engineering feedback loops from client discussions back into product features and development priorities.
Business & Commercialization Support:
Assist in preparing high-impact technical proposals, software demonstrations, and commercial documentation for corporate clients and government partners.
Support go-to-market activities, customer development initiatives, sales pipeline tracking, and CRM upkeep.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis across the AI, smart city, railway, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
Operational & Strategic Support:
Assist the CEO with ad-hoc operational tasks related to growth, strategic partnerships, live product demos, and investor or government-facing programs (such as the HKSTP ecosystem).
Prepare analytical reports, briefing documents, and milestone progress updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Education: Currently pursuing a University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Tech-Business, STEM, or a related field.
Technical Mindset: Prior experience working in or supporting a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a strong curiosity for deep tech.
Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding or exposure to AI, geospatial technology, robotics, IoT, or R&D-driven sectors.
Languages & Soft Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required alongside a strong command of written and spoken English; exceptional communication, technical storytelling, and presentation skills.
Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, highly organized, and excited to work directly with startup leadership in an evolving environment.
