  • Provide hands-on technical support to customers, including support during evaluation/validation phases, troubleshooting, and guidance for implementation and performance assessment.
  • Deliver customized technical assistance and product recommendations based on customer-specific conditions and custom requirements, supporting feasibility studies and solution selection.
  • Feed back unmet needs and insights to R&D, actively contributing to new specification definition, and co-developing technical specifications for next-generation solutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor market and technology trends in humanoid robotics, researching emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and industry direction to inform strategy and proposals.

As the business is in a start-up/launch phase, the role requires to be prepared to support a broad range of additional tasks beyond the above responsibilities as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams
  • Problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical feedback that can be incorporated into development.
  • Strong interest and passion for the robotics domain.
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with the ability to conduct complex business negotiations exclusively in Japanese with key decision-makers of targeted Japanese companies.
  • Business-level experience using English in a professional environment.
