The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech AS in Norway are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team in Tananger, Stavanger. The role is to drive sustainable growth of EnerMech AS in Norway by identifying, developing and securing opportunities across offshore, renewables, industrial, power generation and energy markets.
Duties & Responsibilities include;
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within Norway and selected European markets.
• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key clients including energy, offshore, industrial and renewables sectors.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations, tenders and proposals in coordination with the Projects team.
• Support negotiation and implementation of Framework Agreements and long-term service contracts.
• Promote EnerMech's Lifting Solutions capability and cross-sell the wider EnerMech service portfolio.
• Maintain CRM, opportunity trackers and sales pipelines ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate successful handover of awarded projects to Operations and Project Teams.
• Monitor market intelligence, customer strategies, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Support budget preparation and delivery of annual revenue and EBIT targets.
• Represent EnerMech at client meetings, industry events and networking activities
The Requirements
To be successful for this position you will hold a Technical qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline. Other essential requirements include;
• Experience in technical sales, business development or operations within Scandinavia/Europe regions.
• Experience in Cranes & Lifting within offshore, renewables, industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract understanding.
• Experience preparing tenders, quotations and business cases.
• CRM and forecasting proficiency.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian market and procurement practices.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
