About the role:

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Consultant specialising in Construction. The position will be based at our Eagle Farm office and will report to our New Installation & Modernisation Sales Manager for Queensland. The position will see you responsible for managing and growing our New Installation / Construction sales portfolio

The successful candidate will be a switched-on individual who has previous sales experience with a proven track record of growth within the lift or building/construction industries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing the tender process

  • Presenting our solutions to the client

  • Closing the sale & managing the handover to Project Management/ Account Management of existing key clients

  • Provide technical product information to both internal & external client groups.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of growth within the lift or building / construction industries.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to interpret drawings & other technical data

  • Degree or Diploma qualification in an appropriate technical or business-related discipline

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills

  • Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette

  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • A current driver's license
