Job Description

Sutherland is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates for an International BPO Blended Process (50% Voice & 50% Chat) supporting North American customers. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries, sales calls, upselling, and cross-selling, while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers

  • Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling

  • Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services

  • Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets

  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance

  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

Required Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1 / 3 years experience in International BPO (Customer Service / Sales)

  • Strong communication skills for both voice and chat processes

  • Comfortable working in Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone

  • Male candidates from Indore, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur

  • Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered)

  • CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
