About the Team:

ZF and Japanese Off-Highway OEMs, across　 the agriculture, construction, test systems, and specialty vehicle markets. The team drive customer engagement and business growth by providing a broad portfolio of transmission, axle, hydraulic and pneumatic braking, electronic control, and electrification solutions.

What you can look forward to as Technical Sales:

• Technical sales and application expert for Off Highway.
• Communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Expertise across the entire product portfolio for Off-Highway (transmission, electrification, hydr. braking, pneum. braking and controls)
• Analysis of the given product spec and requirements and propose possible solution in coordination with the product line
• As key technical contact, bridge technical discussion and lead alignment on spec/requirements between customer and ZF.
• Research and analysis of tech-trend and needs of the customer/market to identify innovative approaches.
• Coordination and leading of all local technical activities (inquiries, troubleshooting, tech-doc management etc.

Your profile as Technical Sales:

• Associate degree of engineering or above (mechatronics preferred)
• Basic knowledge on structure of wheeled vehicles and on fluid power systems (hydr. pneum)
• Basic knowledge in engineering tools (e.g. CAD /CAE /PLM) and capable of using business tools (e,g MS Office)
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English, written and spoken
• Open-minded
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience in Off-Highway is preferred
• Willing to travel
