Als Technical Safety Specialist combineer je technische deskundigheid met veiligheidskundige kennis binnen een productieomgeving. Je beoordeelt machines, installaties, projecten en werkzaamheden, onderzoekt incidenten en vertaalt risico’s naar concrete verbetermaatregelen.
Je bent een deskundige en toegankelijke sparringpartner voor operators, technici, lijnleiders en projectteams. Daarbij werk je niet alleen vanuit procedures en documentatie, maar ben je regelmatig veelvuldig aanwezig op de productievloer. Je onderzoekt situaties, luistert naar verschillende perspectieven en helpt collega’s om werkzaamheden veilig én praktisch uitvoerbaar te maken.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan de veilige introductie van nieuwe machines en technische projecten. Incidenteel bezoek je leveranciers in het buitenland om machines vóór levering te beoordelen op technische en veiligheidseisen.

Deze functie is gevestigd in Nederland en wordt bij voorkeur voor 40 uur per week ingevuld, verdeeld over vijf werkdagen. Ook kandidaten die 32 uur per week beschikbaar zijn, kunnen reageren.
Vanwege inspecties, incidentonderzoek, machineveiligheid en ondersteuning op de productievloer werk je voornamelijk op locatie. Het team zorgt gezamenlijk voor ondersteuning tijdens de operationele uren. Bij uitzonderlijke urgente incidenten kan in onderling overleg buiten de reguliere werktijden contact met je worden opgenomen.
