Job Description

ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Technical Safety Engineer da inserire nel nostro organico della sede di Roma.


Responsabilità

  • Coordinamento di junior technical safety engineer nell’ambito dei progetti
  • Responsabile dello sviluppo e della diffusione (ai colleghi) delle conoscenze tecnico/professionali chiave
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati, nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi previsti.


Principali attività

  • Contribuisce al rispetto della strategia aziendale in base alle attività assegnate.
  • Interagisce con i colleghi appartenenti al technical safety al fine di costituire un team integrato.
  • Interagisce con diverse discipline al fine di sviluppare un approccio sinergico.
  • Interagisce con i referenti delle Business Unit.
  • Partecipa a riunioni di aggiornamento con i project manager.
  • Partecipa a missioni di supporto presso le sedi delle Business Unit (uffici o sul campo), se necessario.
  • Supporta l'ottimizzazione della pianificazione delle attività assegnate.
  • Applica una modalità di lavoro proattiva e agire in modo preventivo per evitare rischi importanti e garantire la regolarità del progetto.
  • È in grado di seguire più di un progetto contemporaneamente.
  • Evidenzia possibili innovazioni nelle attività di ingegneria di sicurezza e ha una visione d'insieme.


Requisiti

  • Titolo di laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente in una disciplina coerente con il ruolo;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 5/7 anni;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia ed Estero.

Completano il profilo caratteristiche personali quali: propensione a lavorare per obiettivi e in tempi ridotti, attitudine al team working, capacità di analisi e di sintesi, orientamento al risultato, buone capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione.
