We’re hiring a Technical Reviewer to join our Food Production business unit and support GLOBALG.A.P. certification schemes.

As a Technical Reviewer, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of GLOBALG.A.P. certification by ensuring audits and certification decisions are technically sound, impartial, and compliant.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing GLOBALG.A.P. IFA, GRASP, and applicable add‑on audits
  • Assessing auditor findings, non‑conformities, corrective actions, and supporting evidence
  • Ensuring certification decisions comply with GLOBALG.A.P. General Regulations and NSF integrity standards
  • Managing review turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Communicating clearly with auditors, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical queries (without consultancy)
  • Taking part in calibration sessions, technical committees, and continuous improvement initiative
  • You’ll support our offices across Europe, Africa, and globally.
  • Qualification as a GLOBALG.A.P. auditor or reviewer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Science, Agronomy, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in agricultural production, food safety auditing, farm management, or certification
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make objective, impartial technical decisions
  • Confident written communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely using tools such as MS Teams, Outlook, and MS Office
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%) for calibration or training
  • Ongoing CPD must be maintained in line with GLOBALG.A.P. requirements
  • Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is a huge plus
