As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Technical Revenue Operations Manager

Your mission:

In this role you will implement, operate, and continuously improve our revenue systems landscape, ensuring a stable, scalable, and future-proof CRM and automation environment that enables our go-to-market organization to work efficiently and data-driven. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Technical ownership of CRM and other revenue-related systems (especially HubSpot)
  • Acting as the interface between business teams and technical systems
  • Ensuring seamless automations and integrations across the systems landscape
  • Technical point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Development and implementation of low-code automations (e.g. with Make) as well as custom code solutions within the CRM environment (e.g. Python)
  • Ensuring technically sound and sustainable implementation of business requirements

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Ensure stable and reliable operation of CRM systems and integrations
  • Translate business needs into technically clean and scalable solutions
  • Reduce manual effort through smart automation and system optimization
  • Handle GTM-related technical requests and tickets quickly and solution-oriented
  • Maintain a high level of data quality and system integrity

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Collecting and technically translating business requirements into system logic
  • Implementing requirements in HubSpot (workflows, data models, properties, automations)
  • Developing and maintaining product, offer, and contract logic
  • Building and optimizing low-code automations (e.g. Make)
  • Implementing custom CRM enhancements using Python where required
  • Administering and continuously improving HubSpot
  • Managing users, roles, and permissions
  • Implementing and maintaining contract templates in DocuSign
  • Handling technical GTM tickets (2nd-level support)
  • Monitoring integrations, APIs, and system connections

What you should bring:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience working with CRM and go-to-market systems
  • Experience with low-code platforms (ideally Make) as well as practical experience in implementing custom code solutions, preferably using Python
  • Strong analytical and structured working style
  • High level of ownership and quality awareness
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills

Your language profile:

  • German: fluent
  • English: professional working proficiency

Your track record:

  • Proven experience in the technical administration and further development of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • Experience with automations, workflows, and data models
  • Experience with low-code applications (e.g. Make)
  • Experience implementing cross-system processes and integrations
  • Experience in technical support for business systems (2nd-level or similar)
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (e.g. JSON)
