Title: Technical Researcher

We are looking for a Technical Researcher to join our team! Leverage your deep knowledge of machinery and spare parts to drive technical support to enhance the sales and support global operations.

You will use your deep understanding of machinery components to research, verify, and catalog spare parts data, directly impacting our global sales success.

Roles and responsibilities

Be the Technical Expert:

• Receive, assess, respond to, and follow up complex/technical client requests and provide in-depth technical support related to part identification and insights and follow up on requests related to products/brands, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive customer support, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

• Act as the go-to technical expert for specific product lines and brands, providing deep technical insights to customers. Leverage parts recognition experience and mechanical aptitude to meet customer expectations.

• Provide top-tier technical support on sold parts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Personal Capability Building:

• Acquire and maintain sound technical knowledge for the parts for the clearly defined product and / or brand range .

• Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies, industry trends, and product specifications.

• Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the organization's technical knowledge base, via acquired experience or consulting personal network.

Master the Data:

• Manage, update, and expand our database of material handling, construction, industrial equipment and product-range technical documents. Leverage knowledge of technical publications and parts manuals, online resources, and in-house system parts programs to research and gather information for customers and employees. Find, verify, and complete crucial spare part data in our system so our teams always have the right info at their fingertips.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, Production engineer, maintenance engineer dealing with spare parts for material handling equipment , construction equipment , or commercial vehicles (Automobile Industry)

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical Engineering.

• Skills: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must to support the customers globally.

• Environment: Excited and ready to transition your field knowledge into a collaborative, professional office environment.
