At Dayforce, we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help build world-class technology teams that power our next generation of HCM solutions. You'll partner with Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Corporate Technology leaders to attract exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and combines strategic sourcing expertise with strong business partnership.
What you will do:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Security, Data Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Professional Services.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and hiring needs while acting as a trusted talent advisor.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, networking, and market mapping.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by managing interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding with professionalism and speed.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring decisions, improve hiring outcomes, and optimize recruiting performance.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and represent Dayforce in the external talent market.
What you will bring:
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, or other product-led organizations.
• Experience hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud & DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Security Engineers, Data Engineers, and Technical Consultants.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Dayforce, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SuccessFactors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidate and Hiring manager Experience Champion - you think through the process and look for opportunities through the journey.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

• Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality of hire and strong offer acceptance rates.
• Use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a collaborative partner within the Talent Acquisition team.
