About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Product Engineering, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Corporate Technology teams. This role requires demonstrated success recruiting within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, HR technology, or product-based organizations and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with Dayforce’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to recruit for technical and product-focused roles in a fast-paced global environment.
What You’ll Get to Do
End-to-End Technical Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and technology-enabled roles across Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Professional Services.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and role requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent across multiple geographies.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and market mapping initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate technical capabilities, career aspirations, and organizational fit.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
• Facilitate interview processes and ensure timely communication among candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
• Drive recruitment planning meetings and provide regular hiring updates.
Candidate Experience & Offer Management
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Manage offer discussions and close candidates effectively while balancing business requirements and candidate expectations.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Excellence
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment regulations, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Employer Branding
• Support employer branding campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Participate in networking events, technology meetups, referral campaigns, and university hiring programs as needed.
• Promote Dayforce’s culture, values, and employee value proposition in the external talent market.
Skills and Experience We Value
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, HR technology, or product-based organizations.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as:
◦ Software Engineers (Java, .NET, React, Angular).
◦ Cloud & DevOps Engineers.
◦ Site Reliability Engineers (SRE).
◦ QA Automation Engineers.
◦ Product Managers.
◦ Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
◦ Security Engineers.
◦ Technical Consultants and Implementation Specialists.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Dayforce Recruiting, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What Would Make You Stand Out
• Experience recruiting within Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Workforce Management, HR Technology, or Enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Exposure to global recruiting environments supporting North America, EMEA, or APAC hiring.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured assessment methodologies.
• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
• Proven success achieving hiring targets while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Experience leveraging recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
