Job Description

Our client, a large, long-standing insurance company in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with technical recruiting experience to join their HR team. This is an onsite role for someone who can immerse themselves in the organization's hiring processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles alike.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, for technical and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, conducting initial HR screens to assess fit
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health
• Immerse in and continuously learn the organization's internal processes, teams, and hiring needs

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in corporate recruiting, including technical recruiting
• Experience with Workday a plus
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and understand team-specific needs
• Comfortable conducting HR screens and evaluating candidates for both skill and culture fit
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Omaha, NE
